PayPal payment option (only USD or JPY) is available till 2 December 2023.  After payment, please send the payment receipt to jacecc2023@gmail.com. In the email, please also mention your name, affiliation, IEEE/IEICE member number (if IEEE/IEICE member price is selected), and Paper ID (if this is for the author registration).
