Paypal option page closed (PayPal payment option (only JPY) was available till Nov.29, 2024).  After payment, please send the payment receipt to jacecc2024@gmail.com. In the email, please also mention your name, affiliation, IEEE/IEICE member number (if IEEE/IEICE member price is selected), and Paper ID (if this is for the author registration).
